What will be your job responsibility?

• Hiring for Fortune 500 and some of the biggest firms across IT, ITeS, BFSI, Analytics, and Manufacturing domain
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates using social media and job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs etc
• Competitive landscaping, industry research and domain learning
• Interview and assess some of the best minds in the industry
• Innovating and ideating for new projects
• Handling end to end talent acquisition responsibility for some of the biggest companies in the world
• Act as account managers and gain stakeholder control in talent planning

What skills do you need?

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and internet savvy
• Sensitivity to the global and multi-cultural client environment
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with ambiguity
