Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts across lateral to leadership levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring practices. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for lateral to leadership-level positions across multiple business functions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and leadership roles.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mid to senior-level hiring.
- Proven experience in hiring across lateral, managerial, and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping).
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech, BFSI, consulting, etc. preferred).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and drive hiring initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in executive search or leadership hiring.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
